*This review is based upon my oily, acne prone and sensitive skin.*
Hi Guys! I hope you all are doing good..
Tea Tree oil which is also known as “Melaleuca alternifolia” is a heavent sent product for our skin and hair. It is very widely used to treat chronic skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne etc. It is also very beneficial in treating dandruff, hairfall problems, head lice and a lot of different issues.
It was widely used by women of ancient times as a very important step in their beauty regimes. It has multiple beauty benefits but has a lot of medicinal properties as well.. The healing power of this oil led to people using it whenever they had wounds, bites, nicks and cuts.
This oil is a native of Australia and helps treating skin infections very effectively. It does not irritate the skin and can be used to treat almost all skin problems unless it is something that can be treated at home. Ofcourse you should never try to treat diseases and conditions where you actually can’t.
Another very important factor to be kept in mind while using any essential oil is not to use it directly on the skin. Essential oils are highly concentrated and should always be diluted with some carrier oil before using. Otherwise, they may lead to more harm than good.
Now that the disclaimer and a quick intro about this oil is out of our way, let’s quickly get started.. If you are interested in knowing the benefits of Tea Tree Oil, how I use it, will I recommend you to use it and what is my final verdict about this product, then please keep on reading this post till the end..

My Experience with Mesmara Australian Tea Tree Essential Oil:
My skin, as most of you know is very problematic and I get skin infections, acne and itching within seconds. This oil has a medicinal like smell which I don’t enjoy but I don’t mind it as well because I consider it as a medicine and medicines are not tasty or good smelling, most of the times..
Also, the smell does not last very long and I am quite used to it now. I have been using it on a regular basis for more than a month now. I have always heard some amazing things about Tea Tree Oil that I always wanted to try it out but I finally got my hands on it now, when my skin condition was worsened.
I had whiteheads and painful acne all over my face. It was at that time that I started using this oil regularly. I actually use it every night after washing my face and patting it dry with a paper towel. Since it is very concentrated, I dilute it with Speaking Tree Jojoba Carrier Oil.
It feels cool on the skin but not too much which is why I can easily apply it in winters as well. I actually enjoy it on my face as it calms down any irritation and inflammation that I have, instantly. It dries out the pimple to a much greater extent overnight and vanishes it completely within four-five days, depending on the size of the pimple.
The oil absorbs pretty well into the skin and does not feel heavy or greasy.. It also reduces redness on the face caused by acne and reduces blemishes upon regular usage. It clear the skin completely and makes it look radiant, healthy, glowing, clean and flawless in around one month of regular usage.
My uncle has fungal infection on his nails for more than three months now. He had tried almost everything, from ointments to medication but nothing helped. I suggested him to use it and he could see visible difference within a week. It’s not only good for acne but also lightens acne scars and pigmentation on the face.
I also mix it with my hair oil to avail its benefits in my hair as well. I love it to bits and enjoy it’s effect wherever I use it. I even love to apply it post shaving and it soothes the skin beautifully. I just wish it came with a dropper or a roll on otherwise I love everything about it..
On days, when I feel like pampering my self by applying a face mask, I add two drops of this oil in whichever mask I am applying to keep acne away and give my skin a good antiseptic action. Whenever a new pimple pops up and I am not in a mood to oil my entire face, I take a cotton ball, pour some dilute oil, apply it gently on the affected area and leave it for atleast four hours..
This is definitely one of the most effective treatments I have done on my skin for curing and preventing acne. It also reduces itchy scalp, tames down frizziness, keeps hair conditioned and prevents dandruff.. It does not clog my pores and does not irritate my sensitive skin in any way..
