My Experience with Mesmara Herbal Neem Powder:

I have oily, acne prone and sensitive skin.. I know how beneficial neem is because my grandmaa emphasises using neem in any of its form. Every Sunday I use Neem powder as a face mask to detoxify my skin and heal the damage being happening to it.. I take some neem leaves, dry them and grind them into a fine powder..

This DIY is easy but is little time consuming.. Especially in winters, when there is no sunlight, I really find it difficult to DIY the entire thing. More than that, its not easy for me to get Neem leaves near my area.. I had looking for an affordable alternative for a long time and Mesmara Herbal Neem Powder came to my rescue..

The best thing about Neem powder is that a very little quantity is required per application and saves a lot of time and product. Neem alone is very good for the skin, so for a face mask, I simply add the required amount of water in half teaspoon neem powder and make a lump free paste…

I use it in many different ways for my skin and the effect for all is simply amazing.. It does not irritate my sensitive skin at all and makes my skin better and better. I apply a thick and even layer of the mask on my face and let it dry for around fifteen minutes.. Once it is completely tried, I rinse my face with plain water.

First of all, it does not make my skin dry at all but people with excessively oily skin may add any face oil of their choice in their mask to add some extra moisture.. Whenever I have acne, I apply this face mask each day until the acne is completely dried but when my skin is doing fine, applying it once a week also works well..

When I feel like pampering myself more, I add on my favorite ingredients to my face mask such as tea tree oil, aloe vera juice, lemon gel etc… This powder not only treats my acne but also lightens the hedious scars left behind. It also reduces pigmentation on the skin and makes it look even toned…

Neem is also very effectively in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, thus slowing ageing process.. I also use it for treating skin allergies, rashes, infections, itching etc.. Making this paste, letting it cool down in refrigerator and then applying it on the face also helps in tightening open facial pores..

Not only for skin, Neem proves to be very purposeful for hair as well.. I mix neem powder with coconut oil apply the mixture on my scalp. I let it be there for atleast four hours.. This only prevents dandruff and gets rid of itchy scalp, but also enhances hair growth and makes them look healthy and shiny..

Using Neem on hair also treats fungal infection of the scalp, kill head lice and prevent them from reoccuring. It also treats hair thinning and makes the hair look bouncier and more voluminous by improving blood circulation on the scalp..
